No deer seen today.  First time that’s happened out of 17 hunts so far this season.  and it makes sense after checking trail camera pictures. I must’ve pushed the coyotes out on my way in.

Had what I  believe was a small back walk right by my other  stand 50 yards from the one I was in . Wife watched a big red Fox for several minutes , she tried getting video but he was running  all about .  First scrape of the season for us , 10 yards behind the ladder stand I was in .

Might give it a go this afternoon.buddy was hunting in Bethany this morning and hardly any movement(3 flatheads) and his two friends the same exact thing

Moved a cam today and made a mock scrape. Left a little bit of Old Man grampy Pee to really get em thinking! Or maybe laughing? We'll see.
Been a few nice bucks killed on this ridge.

Last 24 hours so has been an uptick. A few friends and acquit have tagged on 8s in the 115-125” range across Monroe/Livingston area.

This AM was a crap show with neighbors doing work right at dawn. On way to Ohio for the next day or so. Have to take a shot. 7:30 is 30 ish minutes after dark so gotta try it. The other buck is new this season first time on cam but I think it’s one from last year that I had a few times.
