Happy Easter guys & gals!

No hidden baskets or colored eggs here, kids are too old.  We'll be having a ham dinner with family at our place, as usual. The crowd is smaller, only 11 people, in the past we have had as many as 17.  

No dog to trip over, beg for scraps or leave black hair in your food this year although she'll be missed for sure as she loved all. 

Momma and I are going to make a quick run to Tim Horton's for her daily fix. Looks like a beautiful day on the way.

Gonna take Archer over to see his grammy and poppa after breakfast and then off to my wifes grandmas house for dinner . hope everyone has a good day.

Happy Easter to all!  We are planning a day of eating and drinking!  Challah bread French toast, homemade raviolis with veal meatballs, roast lamb, ham, plus sides, then riccotta pie and chocolate eclairs.  All with homemade wine and finally a chase of bourbon.  I should be in a food and liquor coma by 6 pm.

Happy Easter to everyone. Girls, mom , dad , sis , BIL, Inlaws, SIL, nephew , niece and going to our annual buffet at The Protocol. I'll be sure to post up at 3 plates of Easter deliciousness over on the " what's for dinner thread ". Have a wonderful day with family today. Watching daughter look for her basket. If she only knew the combo to the gun safe . Just kidding , it's hidden in her school backpack

No family get together this year , half to family is out of town, Wife and I are planning to cook steaks on the grill and have a quiet night.

A blessed Easter to all. Just got back from doing a couple things at the farm property.  Turkey's were gobbling pretty good from the woods behind the house. And saw the same bunch I saw during the week, a couple of fields over. And while I was gone my grandson took a couple pic's of a half dozen in our back yard! My wife, mil and dil were baking most of the day yesterday. Two different cheesecakes, an Oreo cake, brownies and assorted cookies. We'll have the usual line up of suspects, inlaws and outlaws for a ham dinner with all the fixins. About 14 if they all show up.

Rebuilding fuel pump , took short walk in woods to hear some birds. Lunch at moms.. Than back to work on fuel pump and other equipment need to get ready to work some ground...

We took a few mile hike, seen a bunch of deer and turkey. We were going to bake a ham, but due to the nice weather steaks and Maine clams.
